Nightly Rental: $149 per night, double occupancy. $10 additional charge per person per night. Plus 9% VT room tax. Children under 12 stay free! *Rates include a $10 gift card to our local gourmet bakery and wine shop, Gourmet Provence. Rates are valid as of Jan. 1st, 2009. Weekly Rental: $795 per week, double occupancy. $50 additional charge per person per week. Plus 9% VT room tax. Children under 12 stay free! Weekends & foliage season: Minimum two-night rental.
Deposits: For a 1 night stay we require full payment to secure your reservation. For two or more nights we require a 50% deposit to secure your reservation.
Cancellations: Cancellations made 21 or more days before your scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund less a $35.00 re-booking fee. No refunds will be offered for cancellations made less than 21 days before your arrival unless we are able to book 'The Nest' with another party.
Check-in/Check out: You may check-in anytime after 3:00 pm. Check out is before 11:00 am.
Please note: Smoking and pets are not permitted in the guest house.
